  • The Sanity Snack Pack includes a selection of snacks provided for nourishment during the ride. We also provide drinks with electrolytes to help replenish your body after skating.

  • Like public transportation (buses or trains), we depart at the scheduled time—no exceptions. We strongly recommend arriving at the pickup location at least 30 minutes early.

  • Yes, stops may be made depending on the trip. Stops can occur before the skating session, after the session, or both, depending on timing and distance.

  • Yes. Everyone must complete the waiver for the trip to proceed. The waiver is mandatory—no exceptions.

  • No. Smoking of any kind is not allowed on the bus. Any such activities must take place outside and off the bus during designated stops.

  • In the case of an emergency, yes, we can make a stop. However, we strongly recommend that everyone use the restroom before departure to help avoid unnecessary delays during the trip.

  • Yes. You will have the same bus for both the trip there and back. The bus driver will remain on-site while you skate and will be waiting to take everyone back home once the session is over.

  • Refunds are available up to 7 days prior to the trip. Any requests made after that timeframe will not be eligible for a refund, as the trip must still proceed as scheduled.

  • Yes! You can purchase a ticket upgrade up to 3 days before the trip. Just use the same contact information and purchase the upgrade when you are ready!
